Mr. Pareek, a Co-Founder and Director Operations of Talents From India, an ISO company, located in Indore, India. He did his Bachelor’s of Engineering from RGPV, Bhopal.
Mr. Pareek has extensive experience in the field of IT Consulting, Project Management, Design & Development in USA as well as in India. His strong Technical background in Web Based Application Development and IT management combined with experience as Project Strategist gives him a very special ability to develop and deploy IT plans that can achieve strategic business goals. He has all-embracing expertise in building, leading and inspiring large teams.

Kuldeep Kundal (Co-Founder and Director Finance)

Mr. Kundal is responsible for creating vision for quality roadmap at Profit By Outsourcing. With his focus on continuous evolution for improved service delivery, he designs roadmap for optimized processes balanced with SEI-CMMI model requirements.
Over the years, he has been dealing in real estate and the activities of companies on the basis of software and was successful in each of them. Mr. Kundal holds Bachelor’s of Engineering degree in computer science from RGPV University.
