5. CONTRACT AGREEMENT:

The bi-party agreement or the contract is signed as per the understanding between us & the client before we initiate with the project development.

• Would the timescale be agreed upfront? What would happen if this was over/under estimated? What flexibility do you offer?

Time scale will be decided upfront as per the initial discussion between the client & us as per the requirement of the clients. But if at all any need rises that our developer needs to work more or needs more time or if the client needs more time from the developer, we would never face any problems. We work at a highly flexible manner, where the working hours though might be pre-planned, but we can work flexibly as per the requirement of the hour. We are always there when our clients need us & so there is no such restriction for the working hours if the need rises.

• If I am dissatisfied with the programmer(s)/service/outcome, how are my rights protected? (E.g. cancellation of agreement, money/time back policy etc...)

The pricing at Talents From India vary as per the work pattern chosen by the client, by the type of development service needed, the type of expertise required in developing the project, etc. The payments are made upfront on the initialization of the project and also later after the project is developed, which also depends on the work pattern. If it a monthly basis project, then the payments can also be made at the end of the month. The terms & conditions of the payments differ from client to client as per the understanding & the contract signed between us & the client.

• What are the modes of payment you accept and what are your payment terms?

The mode of payments can be cheque, Online payments like Paypal, etc. as per the preferences of the client. We are flexible in accepting any mode of payment as far as it is legalized or law does not have any problem in us accepting the payment.

The additional costs, if any will be predefined at the time of the project initiation or when the upfront payments are made.
